Patrick holds a conversation with XYZ who’s a friend of ours to discuss their fears and challenges surrounding AI making it’s way into video production. We pit them against a developer at XYZ which is a company currently building tools to automate more of the processes in the video editing pipeline, but, are they taking jobs away or truly trying to build tools to help creatives be more efficient? In this episode we explore both side of this issue, give our takes and provide more context and research into AI’s venture into video production.

Patrick has a very specific fear: That Artificial Intelligence is going massively disrupt the world as we know it in the next 5 years.
Now while we recognize that his fear is a bit intense, he’s excited to explore his fears to their fullest extent through this project, hoping to quell his own fears as well as the fears of individuals similar to him. Exploring the topic through this lens provides us a unique opportunity to speak directly to individuals who may feel scared, helpless and otherwise down on their hope.
Patrick brings a particular sense of humor, realness and authenticity to the podcast that no one else quite could; plus it’s his idea. He’s lead several lives including as a credited actor (in The Walking Dead no less!), social media producer in esports, a project manager in the tech space, and currently as an influencer liaison and games marketing creative.
With some following across Twitch and Tiktok he also brings a small but healthily engaged audience to this budding project.
